Poor Pooh Bear! In the latest episode of craziness in the world a a polish official has nixed the idea of Winnie the Pooh being displayed at a park because (get this) he does not wear pants and has no genitalia.

It's Easter in Poland and these guys wanted to celebrate in a very special way. So, what better way to celebrate this wonderful holy day than by building a homemade makeshift cannon out of a trash can and firing it off in the middle of the street? Absolutely nothing, that's what!
