Today will be Joe's first time back at the laundromat in ten years, when we sent Joe out to go for a ride in a dryer. Check out this blast from the past video.
We talked to Artie about a bunch of topics including his books, what on the internet actually offends him and then closed the interview with a round of The Bald Truth.
It's been a few months since we talked to one of our favorite comedians, Frank Caliendo, so we got him on the air with us this morning. We talked to Frank about a bunch of stuff including the struggle of doing impressions while sick and coaching flag football. We were also shocked to find out that Frank is an avid ping pong player and frequently looks for ping pong clubs to play at while on the road!
Due to a crazy glitch in the matrix, we interviewed Marc Maron after the show yesterday, and then got the chance to interview him again LIVE this morning on the show!
We told Dolph that, despite all of his other work, we still blur the lines between him and his Rocky character, Ivan Drago. That is partly due to the fact that he's still in crazy good shape at age 58. We joked with him that if this whole movie career doesn't work out, he always has his career as a chemical engineer to fall back on, which is 100% true!
This morning on the show, we once again talked to comedian, actor and voice artist Gilbert Gottfried. Gilbert was calling in to promote some new episodes of his podcast, Gilbert Gottfried's Amazing Colossal Podcast, with guests Chevy Chase and Artie Lange!
Free Beer & Hot Wings talked to Kathleen about a bunch of things including her live-tweeting the American Music Awards last weekend and the backlash she gets whenever she mocks boy bands or younger musicians.
This morning at the end of the show, we talked to actor and former NFL player Terry Crews. Terry was drafted in the 11th round of the 1991 NFL Draft by the Los Angeles Rams and played for a few seasons for the San Diego Chargers, Washington Redskins and the Philadelphia Eagles.
Terry is probably best known, at least to us, for his role as President Camacho in the movie Idiocracy, as well as Terry
We talked to Dave about a bunch of stuff including his legendary show Insomniac, telling jokes vs. stories, his Comedy Central special Road Work, and even about a TV show he did where vintage porn was watched and analyzed! Dave also told us about his new passion -- a reality TV show about blacksmithing.
On the show this morning, we played back the interview we did with actor and director Colin Hanks about his new documentary, All Things Must Pass: The Rise and Fall of Tower Records. We had a great time talking to Colin about the documentary (which is fantastic, by the way), his relationship with his father (Tom Hanks) and his current work on the CBS show Life in Pieces and past work on Dexter.
