Quite Possibly the Easiest Way Ever to Peel Garlic [VIDEO]

In my attempt to prove or disprove everything I see on the internet, I was presented with a video by my buddy Chris Payne that I just had to try for myself.

The video depicted an Eastern European man placing garlic in a jar and shaking it. What transpires is quite possibly the easiest way to peel garlic I've ever seen, but did it really work?
