I've got to imagine that being an opera singer is a pretty tough gig. I bet it's even more tough when, while you're performing your opera singer tasks, you can't control your flatulence.

Amy Herbst, an opera singer that has performed at the Nashville Opera Company, has filed a lawsuit against the hospital where she gave birth to her child, claiming that the episiotomy she received has made it impossible to control her farts.

I won't go into detail as to why exactly this is happening (Feel free to read about it HERE), but because of her flatulence problem, Herbst has not been able to perform as an opera singer.

According to Gawker, Herbst and her husband are seeking $2.5 million.

Herbst shouldn't be that upset, though. Do you know how many people would pay a good amount of money to see a farting opera singer?! This could be her ticket to fame and fortune...and more farts, I assume.
