Ochocinco Flagged For Excessive Celebration in Court Room, Gets 30 Days in Jail [VIDEO]

Life hasn't exactly been great for Chad "Ochocinco" Johnson lately. He hasn't played in the NFL since 2011, he was arrested for allegedly assaulting his ex-wife, and, now, he'll be serving 30 days in jail after his plea deal was rejected.

Johnson was celebrating a plea deal in the courtroom, when he gave his attorney a congratulatory slap on the butt. Johnson, who had been flagged numerous times during his playing career for excessive celebration, angered Judge Kathleen McHugh with the gesture and she revoked his plea deal:

Mr. Johnson, I don't know that you're taking this whole thing seriously. I'm not going to accept these plea negotiations. This isn't a joke.

Johnson apologized for the slap, but the judge was having none of it. He will now serve 30 days in the Broward County Jail.
