It's hard to believe anything that comes out of North Korea, but alcohol fans everywhere would love for this to be true: North Korea claims they have created 'hangover-free' booze.

NKNews.org is reporting that the Taedonggang Foodstuff Factory has been hard at work developing a ginseng liquor that you can drink without the fear of a resulting hangover.

DPRK's Pyongyang Times wrote an entire article about the new elixir, entitled 'Liquor Wins Quality Medal for Preserving National Smack,' whatever that means:

Koryo Liquor, which is made of six-year-old Kaesong Koryo insam (ginseng), known as being highest in medicinal effect, and the scorched rice, is highly appreciated by experts and lovers as it is suave and causes no hangover.

While news of a 'hangover-free' booze would be celebrated around the world, let's remember the source. North Korea is also the country that claims its former leader shot a 38-under par the first time he picked up a golf club.

So, did they really create booze that doesn't give you a hangover? Probably not, but one can always hope.
