According to the Bureau of Labor statistics, the ranking of North Dakota in Sports activities and exercise will surprise you.

We are the second highest in the nation!  A good example of this is the Grace Point Church that held a curling class today.  The church teamed up with the Capital Curling club to teach youngsters how to curl.

According to Duncan Hannestad from Grace Point Church:

"I think it's important to, to do things with other people and sometimes that has been, or that tends to become online video games. But it's good to get out and interact face to face with people,"

There are also cross country and skiing trails both here, Medora and Jamestown, as well as a number of local hockey leagues any kid or adult, can join.

Skating, Ice fishing, and big tire Mountain biking all add to the activities that make us second in the nation.
