Did you know that North Dakota actually has one registered natural waterfall?

The Mineral Springs Waterfall is North Dakota's only registered natural waterfall and it's located in Sheyenne State Forest, near Fort Ransom.

YouTuber Kevin R. Tengesdal recently made the two-mile trek into the Sheyenne State Forest to see North Dakota's only waterfall for himself. You can see his video above.

According to NDTourism.com, the Mineral Springs Waterfall comes from an underground spring that drops eight feet into the Sheyenne River.

If you'd like to make the hike to the Mineral Springs Waterfall, NorthCountryTrail.org gives you directions and even GPS coordinates to help get you to the trailhead. You can get those HERE.
