It was a record-setting afternoon for North Dakota State quarterback Carson Wentz, who threw for five touchdowns in the Bison's 45-10 win over Missouri State in Springfield.

Wentz's five touchdown passes were a school record. Running back John Crockett added a season-high 177 yards on the ground.

This was a statement win for the Bison, whose 33-game win streak was snapped last weekend by Northern Iowa.

The Bison's record now stands at 10-1 overall and 6-1in the Missouri Valley Football Conference. The Bison will wrap up the regular season Saturday, November 22nd, against Youngstown State.
