[UPDATED] NDDOT Reopens I-94 Between Jamestown and Bismarck

From NDDOT's official press release:

The North Dakota Department of Transportation (NDDOT) along with the North Dakota Highway Patrol have CLOSED I-94 from Bismarck to Jamestown due to high winds causing areas of zero visibility and hazardous travel conditions.  Motorists who drive past a road closure device may be fined up to $250.

A No Travel Advisory remains in effect for areas in central and northeastern regions of North Dakota due to snow and blowing snow creating near zero visibility. Cities included in the  No Travel Advisory are Bismarck, Devils Lake, Grand Forks, and the surrounding area. Conditions are such that motorists in these areas should not travel.
