At the end of the day, we will know what two teams will be competing for the Lombardi Trophy on February 2nd at Metlife Stadium. Here are my predictions for today's games.

AFC Championship: New England Patriots @ Denver Broncos

If I had my way, this would be the Super Bowl. I think any fan who truly loves the game would want to see Peyton Manning and Tom Brady against each other in "the big game". Unfortunately, with both QBs in the AFC, that can't happen. Instead, we get another Brady vs. Manning AFC Championship showdown.

When these two teams played way back in week 12, the Patriots managed to come back and win 34-31. I don't think the Broncos let that happen again today. With all of Peyton Manning's targets available and Tom Brady's targets basically patchwork, I think the Broncos will make easy work of the Patriots, though the game will be a shootout.

The Broncos win 35-24 and head to the Super Bowl to take on...

NFC Championship: San Francisco 49ers @ Seattle Seahawks

Two mobile QBs, two fantastic defenses, the loudest stadium in the league, and a rivalry that always makes for an interesting game.

Because this game is in Seattle, I think the 49ers are going to have a tough time with the noise, much like every other team has had when playing in Seattle. However, having the receiving corps that SF does...it is really difficult to count them out. I think this will be a close game but Seattle has been one of the best teams in the NFL for the majority of the year, and I believe it's their time to play for a championship. The Seahawks win 24-21.

Super Bowl XLVIII: Denver Broncos vs. Seattle Seahawks
