ESPN3 will begin to provide extended coverage of Missouri Valley Football Conference games next season, as the conference recently agreed to a multi-year deal with ESPN.

According to GoBison.com, the deal goes through the 2023 season and will include more than 50 Missouri Valley Football Conference games each season, which will be televised nationwide.

Eight games every season will only be available via ESPN3's Valley Football conference channel. Missouri Valley Football Conference schools will still be able to broadcast games regionally, like North Dakota State does with NBC North Dakota.

Ultimately, what this means is that fans of schools, like NDSU, will be able to watch their team's games no matter where they live in the country, assuming they have access to ESPN3.

ESPN3 is currently available in nearly 100 million homes across the country. The network is available to fans who receive their high-speed internet or video subscription from an affiliated provider, according to GoBison.com.
