Is this a precursor to legalization? We shall see.

According to KFYR-TV,  North Dakota's department of health has chosen medicinal marijuana dispensaries in two of its cities. Those cities are Fargo and Bismarck.

Harvest of Bismarck, LLC will be located in Bismarck and the other entity, Acreage North Dakota, LLC will be located in Fargo.

The application period for Williston and Grand Forks is currently open so it will be interesting to see if any dispensaries wind up there as well.

It looks like 2019 will be the year that patients can get Medicinal Marijuana from any type of sanctioned dispensary.

This can be a good thing or a bad thing for the state. The good thing is the additional economy this business brings and the ceiling is endless. The bad thing can also be what this economy brings and the type of people that use it for the wrong reasons or as a gateway drug to something else.
