Mandan Woman Pulled Over by Phony Police Car

A woman has reported to the Mandan Police Department that she was pulled over by a vehicle disguised as a police car Friday evening. 

After seeing flashing lights and hearing a siren, the woman pulled over on Old Red Trail, Mandan. It wasn't long before she realized the man exiting the car was not in uniform. She quickly drove away and was followed for a short while.

The man wore a dark t-shirt and shorts and had long bleach-blonde hair. The vehicle he was driving resembles an older, dark colored jeep.
