Richard Sherman intercepted Colin Kaepernick twice, and the Seattle Seahawks overpowered the 49ers, 19-3, in San Francisco on Thanksgiving night. Seattle (8-4) took over sole possession of second place in the NFC West with the win.

Sherman’s first-quarter interception of Kaepernick helped set up the game’s only touchdown: Russell Wilson’s 13-yard pass to Robert Turbin with just 1:29 remaining in the quarter.

The Seahawks' top-ranked defense stifled the 49ers throughout the contest, sacking Kaepernick four times and holding him to 121 passing yards. San Francisco (7-5) managed just 164 total yards of offense on the game.

Seattle's Marshawn Lynch carried 20 times for 104 yards. Wilson finished with 236 passing yards and the TD.
