Lindsey Buckingham and Christine McVie stopped by The Tonight Show last night to promote their new self-titled LP, and added their names to the growing list of artists who’ve joined host Jimmy Fallon for a musical performance on toy instruments.

As seen in the above video, Buckingham and McVie led Fallon and his house band, the Roots, through a toy-fueled rendition of the Fleetwood Mac classic “Don’t Stop,” a Top 5 hit from the group’s classic Rumours album that’s gone on to become a pop anthem for listeners looking hopefully toward the future — which made the song a natural fit for Fallon’s other special guests, a group of children from the SeriousFun Children’s Network.

Uproxx notes that SeriousFun, founded by late actor Paul Newman to help children with serious illnesses through a number of initiatives — including camp programs — has been a favorite cause of Fallon’s for some time; when he partnered with Ben & Jerry’s to help create their Tonight Dough ice cream flavor, he donated his proceeds to the organization, raising more than $1 million over a two-year span.

Buckingham and McVie’s Tonight Show visit came in advance of the duo’s summer tour, which will see the pair promoting their new album starting June 21 in Atlanta and continuing through late July. They’re also scheduled to join Fleetwood Mac for performances at the Classic East and Classic West festivals next month, part of a veteran roster that also includes the Eagles, Journey, the Doobie Brothers, Steely Dan and Earth, Wind & Fire.
