Killer Whale Throws Sea Lion Twenty Feet in the Air [VIDEO]

While nature is amazing, it's also incredibly terrifying. This video is the perfect example of that very fact.

Shot on August 15th in Ketchikan, Alaska by Anglers Adventures, the above video features a very scared sea lion, seeking shelter underneath the boat the fishermen happen to be on.

Why is it scared, you ask? Well, because there's a killer whale waiting in the wings.

At the point that the fishermen decided to move along, the sea lion was left alone in the water, which made it easy prey for the killer whale. Just a few seconds after the boat departs, the whale strikes and sends the sea lion skyward nearly twenty feet!

Note to self: If you ever have a sea lion cowering underneath your boat, there's a pretty good chance that a killer whale isn't too far away.
