Interrupting Tortoise Sex Leads to Slowest Chase Ever [VIDEO]

You ever see one of those high-speed chases on TV? This is the complete opposite of that.

During a Pristine Seas expedition to the Seychelles, explorer Paul Rose stumbled upon a pair of giant tortoises, mid-coitus.

Instead of letting the two turtles wrap up their business, Rose and his cameraman began filming them, which upsets the male and leads to, quite possibly, the slowest chase in recorded history.

So, if for some reason you ever come up on a pair of tortoises in the middle of a hot lovemaking session, just leave them be. God forbid you have to try and escape these fleet-footed creatures.
