Homer Simpson’s Favorite Brew Coming to a Beer Cooler Near You

Fans of America's longest running sitcom, 'The Simpsons,' have reason to celebrate: Homer's favorite brew, Duff, could be headed towards a beer cooler near you very soon!

Unfortunately, according to Rolling Stone, this new, officially licensed Duff will only be available in Chile to begin with, but could end up being released in other parts of the world.

So, why is Duff just now becoming a real thing? Because, counterfeit Duff has been springing up all over Europe, South America, and Mexico.

Instead of trying to combat these counterfeiters with trademark infringment, 21st Century Fox decided to get into the booze business and officially license a Duff of their own.

It may be a bit before you see Duff in America, though, unless you're visiting Universal Studios in Los Angeles or Orlando. Those theme parks both have 'The Simpsons' themed areas, which have Duff available. During a trip to Universal Studios in Orlando this year, I had my first sip of Duff and, let me tell you, it was pretty delicious.

So, here's to hoping Duff is made available throughout the world. I would hate to have to wait until my next Florida vacation to have a pint.
