Bismarck-Mandan can expect colder temperatures tonight and patchy frost for the area.

Beside the cold temperatures for Sunday night and Monday morning, the rest of the work week looks mild with little or no rain expected.

The National Weather Service in Bismarck has issued a Freeze
Warning, in effect from 1 AM CDT  to 10 AM Monday.

Overnight lows will be in the upper 20's to lower 30's for the area.

Residents are encouraged to protect crops and sensitive vegetation.

A Freeze Warning means sub-freezing temperatures are imminent or
highly likely. These conditions will kill crops and other
sensitive vegetation.

The coldest temperatures can be expected between 3 AM and 7 AM Monday, October 9th.
