21/2 Pounds of Meth will get you time for sure.

After doing a routine hotel check for a probation search by a Bismarck officer and a probation officer, they stumble on this guy's room.

25-year-old Byron Brown had drugs, firearms, and drug paraphernalia. They also found 15,000 in cash. Not a good recipe for success.

To make matters worse, he resisted arrest and tried to grab an officer's weapon but after a short struggle, they were able to get him in cuffs.

According to KFYR here's what he is being charged with.

Brown has been charged with two counts of possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon, disarming or attempting to disarm a law enforcement officer and possession of marijuana.

That will get you some time for sure if those charges stick. Hopefully, this guy can turn his life around at some point.
