College GameDay Picks Salt Lake City Over Fargo for October 10th Broadcast

Those hoping for ESPN's 'College GameDay' to come to Fargo for a third straight year will be disappointed to find out that the show is headed to Salt Lake City next Saturday, October 10th.

'College GameDay' made the announcement on Twitter earlier tonight (10/3) that the October 10th broadcast will take place in Salt Lake City for Utah's game against Cal:

Lee Fitting, producer for 'College GameDay,' said in an email earlier in the week that North Dakota State was on the list of possible stops for the show on October 10th, according to InForum.

'College GameDay' made its first appearance in Fargo in 2013, before NDSU's game against Delaware State. The show returned to downtown Fargo the following season.
