Celebrate the New Year with Fireworks
Fireworks aren't just for the 4th of July in North Dakota anymore.
A new law that took effect earlier this year now allows the sale of fireworks between December 26th and January 1st, along with the buying period in July.
Retailers, like Memory Fireworks, will be open through New Year's Day to help the people of Bismarck-Mandan ring in the New Year properly.
