If you live in Bismarck, UPS may not be to blame for your Christmas gifts not arriving on time.

According to The Bismarck Tribune, Bismarck police arrested 29-year old Grinch, Coby Shean, when they discovered he was in possession of over 100 stolen items, many of which were Christmas presents for Bismarck residents.

Police say that a suspect was spotted stealing a package off the doorstep of a Bismarck resident. The resident caught the license plate number of the car the suspect was spotted getting into and reported it to police.

Police then traced the number to Shean, searched his home, and found countless stolen items. Drug paraphernalia was also found inside the home.

Shean's bound is currently set at $1,000.
