In my opinion, they are one of the best organizations I have ever come across, anywhere.

I have lived in a big city in California for most of my life and spent the last 9 years in North Dakota ( the last 3 and a half here in Bismarck ). I'm one of the lucky ones, doing what I love - I've been in radio since the early 90s and I've had the opportunity to work and meet some terrific people in the entertainment and business field. I can honestly say this, the Bismarck Larks is an exceptional organization, from EVERY person that represents the Larks - Interns to paid employees - they are the very best, and I'll tell you why in a second.

The owner and CEO of the Larks John Bollinger held a golf tournament yesterday...

...at the beautiful, rugged Hawktree golf course - a true gem.

This was a gift from John to his staff and some of the Bismarck Larks ball players, AND for some lucky ones like myself who represented some of the Larks in past appearances and some business neighbors who are sponsors.

Here is the coach of the Bismarck Larks Will Flynt ( 3rd from the left )

Before the tournament started, John made an announcement to all of us golfers raring to go - as modest as you can be, John thanked everyone for all their hard work and truly conveyed his appreciation for what each and every person does for the Larks.

This is McKenna and Mikayla

These two young ladies are interns that have come out from different parts of the country to live, learn and work for the Bismarck Larks. They are treated like any other person in the Bismarck Larks organization - with pure respect - the simple goal that John has made obvious is taking care of our community, providing top-notch excitement, family fun, AND helping out in any way possible to charity events and such.

This was my team, Ryan Schnell - from Farmers Union Insurance, Scott McGowan -from Cool 98.7, Courtney Schauer - Financial Project Agent....and myself Bromo.

We all took part in traveling 18-holes and meeting new and seeing old friends, ALL brought together by John and the Larks.

Finally, if you have never had the chance to experience a Bismarck Larks game, do yourself a favor and go.....for you will see a ton of this...families together relaxing and having fun. Thank you again, John and your staff, for all that you do!
