People living in and around Seattle, Washington are getting even closer to never having to leave the house, after Amazon announced they would begin delivering beer and wine.

According to Consumerist, Amazon Prime Now will deliver beer and wine to customers in the Seattle area in one hour or less for $7.99 or two hours for free:

Residents of Seattle, Bellevue, Redmond and Kirkland can now get one-hour delivery on tens of thousands of items like paper towels, wine, beer, chilled and frozen items like milk and ice cream, televisions and Kindle devices.

Amazon will keep an eye on how booze delivery goes in the Seattle area before expanding to other markets, though they have already said that expansion will happen no matter what.

There is no word, however, on what cities the service may expand to next. Odds are, though, Bismarck isn't very high on the list.

Yeh, I'm disappointed, too.
