All City Halloween Party Spooking up Fun on Friday, October 30th

This weekend is the huge Halloween holiday and with October 31st falling on a Saturday this year it will be extra fun. Friday, October 30th is a great warm up for Halloween with the annual Bismarck Parks and Recreation All City Halloween Party at the World War Memorial building.

Children from pre-school to 5th grade are invited to come out in costume for and evening of fun, games and prizes.

The event is from 6-8 p.m. at the World War Memorial Building and admission is $1 per person, adults are free.
