An 18-year old employee of Turtle Mountain Pork was arrested early Wednesday morning, March 25th, in connection with a double-shooting at the hog farm earlier this week.

Jeremy Isaac Rodriguez Rios admitted during his interrogation that he was the shooter, according to KFYR. The two deceased have been identified as Christopher Sluder, 40, and Brian Storey, 37.

In a report from the Bottineau County Sheriff, Rios had a verbal altercation with the two deceased Monday afternoon, regarding work performance.

Rios has been charged with two counts of murder and a class AA felony. Those charges carry a maximum penalty of life in prison, without the possibility of parole.
